Hi Adele! Thank you so much for your sweet note! I have Meyer lemons coming out of my ears this year too. I have five small trees that I planted a few years ago as a border along one of my fences. They were sort of limping along until BOOM! lemon explosion this winter! I do love Meyer lemons, they’re so cheerful. And I have many more recipes to come… xoxo
