I’ve spent a great deal of time viewing recipes and watching your videos. I have got to say that your receipes are wonderful. You are also excellent at presentation. The only thing that looks better than your foods is you — you are incredibly hot. How do you continue to look so good after cooking such wonderful stuff?
I have many years of experience with both food and ladies. Your blog has some of the best of both.
Bravo!

I made it thrice and each and every time I received the silent compliment from friends. I also tried adding some cayenne powder to the recipe which made it irresistable. I appreciate all the helpful hints that you share with your readers. All the best in your endeavors!

I just made it for the 3rd time this week (cooking for diner parties lately) and EVERYONE loves it. It really does need a little crème anglaise to go with it because it’s so rich. Also, rinse knife between each slice when serving, the cake is very moist almost like a choc. mousse.

I think so…

I can’t wait for the prime rib/yorkshire pudding installment; it was my father’s favorite Christmas dinner! (mine too!)
